Customers are responsible for maintaining independent backups of their data. Romoss Hosting may provide backup services as part of selected plans, but we do not guarantee complete data recovery in all circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Romoss Hosting shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, revenue, or data, business interruption, or damages exceeding the amount paid for services in the preceding billing period.

We may suspend or terminate services for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or activities that threaten network security. You may cancel services at any time, subject to applicable billing terms.
